1. What genre(s) do you write?

Currently, YA dystopian scifi, but also romantic comedies, and I have a historical fiction planned too!

REACH is my debut, but more are coming in 2025!

5. What is your favorite part of being an author?

When readers connect with me to give me an update on where they are in the story, or a WHAT?! At a plot twist.

6. If you are self-published, what publishing software do you prefer?

I hired a formatter actually, so I don’t have an opinion. I am so glad I outsourced this particular author task because as a mom of 5, I knew learning the software would be tough and frustrating for me. I intend to learn Atticus down the road, but I felt like I was going a mile a minute and that outsourcing to a person with experience was the best fit for me right now.

7. If you could give any advice to a new writer/author, what would it be?

There is never going to be a perfect time to write, part of the struggle is finding the time and routine to create in our busy lives, but carving out that time- establishing a routine, and actually writing is what makes us better.
